Privacy policy

Draft, not yet in force. This text is waiting for approval and may change before it applies.

1. What we collect

To run your account: your name, email or mobile number, and the sign-in codes we send. To run your business on Medhava: the records your people enter. From the website’s demo form: your name, email, phone if you give it, company size and what you asked for.

2. Why we use it

Only to provide Medhava to you: to sign you in, keep your business’s records, answer your requests and send messages you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business’s records to train AI.

3. Who can see it

Your business’s records are seen only by your own people, through their own sign-in, as their role allows. Medhava’s staff see account and billing details, not your records. Support sees your records only if you switch on a support grant, for at most 24 hours, and every access is logged where you can read it.

4. Service providers

We use providers to host the service, send email and SMS, and, if you use Piya or Navi, to answer a question with an AI model. Each receives only what that task needs.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When a business leaves, its data is deleted from the database, and from backups when they expire.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to us through the Contact page; we answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Each business is sealed by the database and every change is recorded. Data travels only over HTTPS, and encryption of the stored data and its backups is being switched on before real business data is kept. See the Security page.
